Earn your Master’s degree from Harrisburg University at our beautiful Dubai location! Located in Dubai Knowledge Park, our convenient location serves the MENA region and India — we’re just 3-4 hours from India’s major cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore — making it easy if you live elsewhere.

Our programs are offered in a hybrid format, so you can live where you want for the majority of your education and travel to Dubai for just 3 Saturdays every semester. You could also choose to spend your entire educational experience in Dubai. With a diverse culture and students from around the world congregating in one location, Dubai is a hub of activity and learning.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, the degree program and courses are exactly the same as in the USA.

Yes, you can transfer 100% of your credits to Harrisburg University.  Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee what transfers to other universities in the USA, but you can expect most will since we are fully accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE).

Yes, you can join the program now in Dubai, then transfer to the USA once your F1 visa is approved. All credits earned at Harrisburg University Dubai Campus are transferable to our main campus in Harrisburg, PA. Although we cannot guarantee F1 visa approval, we suggest going to the US Consulate or Embassy for an F1 visa interview near the end of your first year in the program to show proof of your intention to complete the program in the USA.

Harrisburg University cannot guarantee F1 visa approval or participation in OPT or a visa status change after graduation. However, joining the master’s program at Harrisburg University Dubai Campus may increase your chances of obtaining an F1 visa and/or future opportunities in the USA if you can show the visa officer that you have made adequate progress or completed the program.

No, the diploma will not say “Dubai”.  It will only say Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.
